Access your DirectAdmin hosting panel

Find the control panel details for an active hosting service.

Step by step

1. Sign in to your customer account and open My Services.
2. Select the hosting service and confirm it is active. Pending orders may not have panel credentials yet.
3. Use the control-panel URL and username supplied in your service details or welcome message. Customer-account credentials and hosting-panel credentials can be different.
4. If automatic panel login is unavailable, open the panel URL directly and use the panel credentials.
5. Never share passwords in the chatbot. Open a support ticket if access fails or credentials are missing.
